Jeep Cherokee Base
The Cherokee is powered by the new Jeep 1.6-liter turbocharged hybrid four-cylinder engine and Electronic Variable Transmission (EVT). The Cherokee includes gloss black side mirrors, 18-inch painted aluminum wheels, and cloth seats with manual adjustments. High-tech features include the Uconnect 5 with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, hands-free phone and audio, and ParkSense with Rear Park-Assist with Stop.
Jeep Cherokee Laredo
Replaces and adds the following equipment: LED fog lamps in the front, Laredo emblems, and cloth seats with an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat. The front seats are heated for winter comfort. Additionally, the interior has two USB-C ports in the back and offers an optional dual-pane panoramic sunroof. A remote-start system tops off this well-equipped Laredo.
Jeep Cherokee Limited
The Limited trim includes power-folding side mirrors with integrated turn signals, a Limited emblem, a power liftgate, and perforated Capri Leatherette upholstery. It also includes optional Alexa built-in, integrated voice command, a standard Alpine premium 9-speaker audio system with a subwoofer and available GPS navigation. This vehicle offers an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat, a 6-way power-adjustable passenger seat, and optional features such as a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, blind-spot monitoring with trailer detection, a map-in-cluster display, and off-road info.
Jeep Cherokee Overland
This top-of-the-line Cherokee boasts memory-equipped exterior mirrors, a self-dimming driver's side mirror, approach lamps on the door handles, a glove box lamp, and proximity lighting for approach and departure. The Overland model also features Overland emblems, 20-inch aluminum wheels with a machine finish, a power liftgate, an optional gloss black roof, a rear camera washer, an optional windshield wiper de-icer, Capri leatherette seats, optional ventilated front seats, and a standard dual-panel sunroof.
Cherokee Hybrid Engine
The model introduces a new gas-electric hybrid powertrain, integrating a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a dual-motor hybrid transmission. The system provides 210 horsepower along with 230 pound-feet of torque. The Cherokee's Electronic Variable Transmission (CVT) directs power to its all-wheel drive system, enabling both on-road and off-road journeys. This advanced engine setup is estimated by Jeep to achieve 37 mpg overall. That translates to about 500 miles on a single tank full of gasoline.
Cherokee Driving Safety
The Cherokee will be the first standard hybrid model ever produced by Jeep. Over 140 safety and security features are included to provide reassurance while driving. These include Jeep's Active Driving Assist System, which employs sensors, cameras, and cutting-edge processing to assist the Cherokee in maintaining its lane position. The car also features active braking and full-speed forward collision warnings to monitor people and other objects in real-time. The Cherokee provides an audible warning and automatically brakes if it detects an impending collision. Other dynamic features include Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Path Detection. This smart device warns you of cars in your blind spot and of pedestrians or vehicles moving into your path.
Cherokee Features
The Cherokee's front suspension employs McPherson struts, and a multi-link system handles the rear. This is a proven system used in most cars, giving you a sense of security the moment you start driving.
